Naturally Raised: Our sheep are raised on pasture and natural forage. Careful breeding for production gives big meaty lambs which are ready for market very quickly.
Naturally Suited: Our sheep are Dorpers, a fast-growing meat sheep "designed" for grass-based produciton. Grass-fed means healthier lambs and better flavor.
Naturally Mild: Dorper sheep have a hair coat and do not produce wool. No wool means less lanolin in their skin so the meat has a very mild flavor, similar to young beef.
Naturally Productive: Dorper ewes have a very long breeding season so we nearly always have butcher lambs available.
Naturally Healthy: We are proud to offer a healthy alternative to the meat-factory(feed-lot) products.
